However, policies cannot work in a vacuum; we must actively build and embrace functional systems for our children to truly reap the benefits of our hard work.

Despite remarkable milestones in gender equity, persistent gaps still remain in both education and the career market.

Young girls in Africa continue to face unique disadvantages, driven by widespread child poverty, weak social protection mechanisms, a lack of real-life role models, and inadequate hands-on empowerment.

At Top of the Hill Girls’ School, we have built a functional, ultra-modern education system.
